The French multinational selected Retoque in 2003 to care for its relationship with the press motivated by Retoque’s experience with engineering companies. Second place in the industrial gas market in Brazil and worldwide leader in the same industry, Air Liquide had, from the beginning, the concern to design a communication plan for contingencies. Dealing with flammable products and a distribution network that reaches all across the country, the company wanted to make sure to have the right answer at the right time. Retoque conducted a broad analysis of the vulnerabilities of the organization as well as mapped the information system in order to generate a plan capable of ensuring a prompt and strong communication in a short time.
